I have been working with digital communications, user experience and social media for the last 14 years. As a consultant I have helped clients such as Novo Nordisk, Saxo Bank, Kræftens Bekæmpelse and Danish Church Aid unfold their digital strategies – using social media approaches and involving users in the development process.
I always approach digital projects from a non-technical point of perspective. I have a deep understanding of the available technologies – ranging from social media applications to mobile devices – but my starting point is always the business objective and the users who are going to interact with the digital interface.
As User Experience Director at Hello, I was responsible for the development of UXBASIS, which is a methodological toolbox, which guides all projects through the phases of Business Intelligence, Analysis, Structure, Interaction and Sampling. I am still using UXBASIS as a guideline, which ensures that all of my deliveries are anchored in a thorough understanding of the business and the users.

I am offering services within three different areas:
1. Consulting services
I help companies and organizations develop their digital strategies and concepts. My area of expertise is to understand your business and translate that into meaningful and profitable digital strategies and concepts. In some cases the delivery is in report form, but more often I will flesh out the strategy and the concepts in conceptual wireframes which visualize the ideas and provide the first step towards an actual production wireframe. For some projects I will work with partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, where I ensure the delivery all the way from concept to final launch of the digital product.

2. Talks
I can make any audience understand social media in 45 minutes! I have been giving presentations about social media for a wide range of audiences and I always strive to make them understand how social media will impact their area of business and their organizations.
I primarily give presentations about social media, but I also talk more generally about digital strategy, digital communications and User Experience (using UXBASIS as the starting point).

3. Articles
I write articles and comment on digital media in a variety of different media. I am a regular writer for Danish communication journal kommunikationsforum.dk, but I also contribute with articles and comments to a number of other established media.
