In my work as User Experience Director at Hello Group I am on a daily basis working with customers and projects where we need to understand these changes and use them to the advantage of our customers. This means that I am constantly working to understand the face of the new digital prosumer – the web 2.0, social networking Internet native who swims freely and carelessly between Wikipedia, Google, Facebook, New York Times and Encyclopaedia Britannica.
In this blog I am writing about whatever comes into my mind along this process of breathtaking keeping up with the modern digital native. Working in a consulting firm there are of course certain limits to what I can write about projects, but in general this blog is based on the basic philosophy that knowledge wants to be free. Setting knowledge free in a digital world, does not mean that you loose that knowledge – on the contrary I have experienced that liberated knowledge tends to boomerang right back in many different positive ways.
